i had my braces done at Medissa Dental Clinic and the service has been excellent so far. the staff are very friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable during each visit. the clinic itself is clean and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. the dentist explains clearly and patiently about every step of the process, so i always understand what’s going on and feel reassured. the procedure was smooth, and even when i had questions about payment or follow-up, they were very helpful and accommodating. overall, i’m really happy with my treatment here and would highly recommend Medissa Dental Clinic to anyone looking for braces or any dental treatment.

Tried Medissa Dental Clinic for the first time today and was treated by Dr Sara. I did the whitening treatment and am obsessed with the results! Couldn’t stop smiling the whole day ✨
Everyone was friendly and I loved the calming ambience. Dr Sara was very patient in answering all my questions and attentive to my needs. When I started to feel some sensitivity in my bottom teeth during the treatment, she was quick to respond and washed the solution away. We then only continued the whitening process for my upper teeth.
My only complaint is that the TV show that was put on during the treatment was too intense and not relaxing 😅 Other than that, everything else was good!

I really love this dental clinic, the service is top-notch! From the moment I walked in until the end of the treatment, everything felt comfortable and the staff were super friendly. One thing I really appreciate is how they always apply Vaseline on my lips before starting any procedure, so my lips don’t get dry. It’s a small gesture, but it shows how much they care about the patient’s comfort. Honestly, I’ve got nothing but praise for this place, totally recommend it!

I’ve been a regular customer at this clinic and recently had a scaling and polishing treatment. As always, I’m very satisfied with the service. The staff are friendly and professional, and the doctor who served me was very kind. He/she handled my teeth with care and was very gentle throughout the procedure, which made me feel at ease. I initially came to receive dental treatments such as polishing, scaling, and teeth whitening. However, during the examination, Dr. Sara discovered that one of my teeth had a cavity with an infection. She explained that the old filling needed to be removed and replaced with a new one. Before proceeding, Dr. Sara provided a clear and detailed explanation of my dental condition, which helped me understand the necessary steps for my treatment. The scaling and polishing procedures were well done, and the teeth whitening results met my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and will definitely return to Medissa Dental Subang Jaya for my future dental care.😊👍🏻

Had a really good experience at Medissa Dental Care with Dr. Sara! Went in for a filling, and she did such a great job hehe my tooth looks brand new now. She also recommended that I get a crown for my RCT tooth in the future and explained everything really well. Plus, she said if I’m not happy with the filling, I can come back for adjustments, which I really appreciate!

The place very clean, and nice, the procedure very fast, i had pain in my left gums and i think its wisdom teeth, they ask me to come next week, they also ask me to give an xray and surprisingly not that expensive, i got scaling, 2 meds, and xray for 270 ringgit. Next week i do the wisdom teeth. They are very understanding and im an international student btw.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and the atmosphere is superb. Growing up fearing the dentist office, I feel like it helps relax you before your appointment. The dentist, Dr Lee, was friendly, warm and made me understand the whole procedure clearly. The dental assistant was also gentle and sweet. They make you wear cute shades to protect your eyes from the light during the procedure which I thought was adorable! I definitely recommend this clinic and will be my go to dentist moving forward! I made an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth. One required a normal extraction and another one needed to underwent a minor oral surgery. Due to the position of my wisdom teeth and my mouth kinda small in size, it was a bit difficult to remove it. The doctor who attended me was Dr Lee and he did a smooth and great job by removing both my wisdom teeth in perfect shape in one sitting. It was a great experience, and the warmth service from the staffs is a plus point. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Before getting braces at Medissa, I visited another clinic that recommended extracting four teeth. I was hesitant about this advice, especially since I had already faced issues with 3 of my molars, and removing otherwise healthy teeth didn’t seem like the best option. When I sought a second opinion at Medissa, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find that their dentists could provide braces without any extractions. I booked my braces appointment right away! Though I must say that they changed their self-ligating braces supplier recently so the price has become quite expensive at the moment.

Everything was smooth from setting the appointment till the treatment itself. It was very last minute since my old tooth filling came off the night before. Did scaling as well. Dr. Sara was so gentle and soft spoken which makes you feel at ease. I think I found my new go to dental for my next visit.

Went on 21/9/2024 to do consultation for my lower left wisdom teeth. After checking & taking xray, Dr Sara explained that my upper wisdom teeth biting my inner cheek all this time. Did the extraction less than 5 mins with careful! Now i dont feel any pain. Thank you to my friend who suggested me to go to this dental clinic. Im beyond happy 🤲🏻

I visited 2 weeks back for scaling and trimming w appointment, In my opinion the dentist was not so professional on trimming the teeth as till tdy it’s uncomfortable and can feel sometimes the smooth is not same as all my tooth. Anyhow it’s a disappointment when I call back and wanted to talk w the dentist but unfortunately they just replied me saying u will be used to it while u munch at time… serious?? U didn’t charge me so cheap but they u replied like Pasar malam dental. And I remember u did my scaling and trimming in 15 mins no longer than that, cz I did ask n u reply yes it will fast and we close at 5pm. But ur wrk make me tooth 🦷 regret

On August 6 2024 I visited Medissa dental clinic Subang Jaya to install braces. When I first arrived, the door was opened by the nurse, the doctor and nurse were very polite, the place was clean and comfortable, the toilet was clean, the doctor and nurse explained the procedure well and clearly. You can chill because there is netflick and there is a place to eat and drink.

If you guys need to do braces you need to come to this clinic! I had my braces done a year and it was the best decision I ever made. Especially since my doctor was Dr. Rick Lee. He was always considerate about my low pain tolerance and very gentle. He also ensured that I was comfortable the whole time I was there. The nurses there were also super considerate, and they were so nice all the time. I 10/10 would recommend.

worst dental clinic ever.
fixed an appointment to seek dental implant surgery consultation. when i reached, they said " couldn't find my name", then later ask whether via whatsapp, I said yes. they looked into their pc or something, then gave me a blank face say " ok please take a sit."
already I felt something is off. next, they said to take an x ray.
I told them, I already sent my x ray via whatsapp prior to this. they say "ok". 2nd 'alarm' went off for me.
when I met their dentist, then they told me, it's not their implant specialist, just normal dentist. he asked me a few questions, took a look at my mouth, then say " ok, good to do implant". All within 5 mins.
Then they charged me RM 50 for consultation?!!!
Not only they missed my appointment with their specialist, they didn't upfront tell me, or maybe try to reschedule, they even charged me RM 50??!! and it wasn't even a consultation!
1 week later I went to another dental clinic, their implant specialist took a scan of my mouth, sat me down to go through the ENTIRE process, the risk, the expectation, even drew a mockup of how it would look like. I spent 1 hour plus for this consultation and FOR FREE.

fixed an appointment to seek dental implant surgery consultation. when i reached, they said " couldn't find my name", then later ask whether via whatsapp, I said yes. they looked into their pc or something, then gave me a blank face say " ok please take a sit."
already I felt something is off. next, they said to take an x ray.
I told them, I already sent my x ray via whatsapp prior to this. they say "ok". 2nd 'alarm' went off for me.
when I met their dentist, then they told me, it's not their implant specialist, just normal dentist. he asked me a few questions, took a look at my mouth, then say " ok, good to do implant". All within 5 mins.
Then they charged me RM 50 for consultation?!!!
Not only they missed my appointment with their specialist, they didn't upfront tell me, or maybe try to reschedule, they even charged me RM 50??!! and it wasn't even a consultation!

Go because there is a promo. He said the scaling price range is 89-119. But charged rm120. And scaling in less than 10 minutes. It's like he's not doing it right 😭 because when he looks at his teeth it looks like there's more tartar 😭

I did my scaling and polishing here since 2021. The doctor very gentle and no pain at all. I even bring all my family come here all the way from Indonesia to do scaling & polishing here. They all satisfy with the treatment & the service as well. The clinic so clean and neat, then smell so good.

I went to another clinic but very hard to get appointment for root canal operation. Thanks God Medissa save my day and i did the operation on the same day. The staffs and the dentist were very friendly and professional. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommended
I brought my kids here last week for a dental check up & caries treatment. As this was their first time seeing the dentist, I was scared that they will cry or cause chaos 😅. Surprisingly they didn't and feel happy as they enter the clinic. The doctor on duty as well as the assistants were very friendly! End of our appointment the kids were given token of appreciations and stickers! Well done Subang Jaya branch!
