I had an exceptional experience at this dental clinic. The doctor and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The entire process for my Mak’s dentures, from installation to adjustments - was absolutely flawless.

Not only was the treatment affordable, but the level of care and professionalism was truly top-notch. They asked all the right questions, made sure Mak was comfortable at every step, and created an atmosphere that felt genuinely welcoming, almost like being at home.

Mak herself said it was a great experience, and I couldn’t agree more. The clinic’s facilities and ambience are excellent, adding to the overall comfort and confidence we felt during the visits.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch.

Brought my fussy toddler for first dental check up and I was so impressed with Dr Nisha. Friendly, tak tinggikan suara, senang je dia pujuk, anak check gigi. Took her time to give advice, as a young parent i really appreciate. Scaling no pain, suggested other treatments for my teeth, but no pushing, just giving info for improvements. Nurse and counter staff pun friendly. Prices not too high. Cons: Parking is quite difficult.

Came here for the first time due to brittle teeth. Make a permanent patch. The doctor and other staff are very friendly. The doctor gave a good explanation and the treatment did not take long. The waiting time is no more than 15 minutes, and the waiting room is also comfortable and clean. There is a TV while watching movies on Netflix. Very satisfied👍🏻 the price of the treatment is worth not more than RM 200

Worst experience coming to this clinic everytime. Orang lain que dulu, serve orang yg datang lambat dulu. Ini bukan kali pertama, last time also same. Staff sabah di kaunter mungkin boleh rotate tukar buat kerja lain.

Prioritizing appointments based on scheduled time? I believe the patient before me arrived late, as i mention, it happens multiple times before. The time during lunch hour is my fault and im ok to wait. Multiple cancellations occurred due to my limited availability. I'm open to apologizing if I'm mistaken, as it aligns with my approach. If there are personal concerns, I prefer direct communication to avoid misunderstandings. A simple apology can go a long way in resolving issues. This shows how unprofessional Medissa Clinic staff on handling this issue and blaming the customer. I believe i may have received a phone call claim to be hq, with last four digit number ******5383

While I appreciate your efforts in providing dental care, I must express my deep disappointment with the appointment today. Several aspects of the service fell significantly below the standards I expect from your practice.

Firstly, the initial appointment scheduled at 3.15pm and rescheduling via text to 3pm. This is disrespectful of my time constraints. This was compounded by the subsequent hour-long wait before treatment began.

Secondly, the polishing procedure was rushed and lacked thoroughness.

The filling process, however, was particularly concerning.

Here are specific areas of concern:

1. Excessive pressure applied by the suction hose, causing discomfort and pain despite repeated requests for adjustment.

2. An incident of near-drowning due to improper positioning of the hose during the filling stage.

3. I have expressed my pain. However, unresponsiveness to inquiries regarding the potential painfulness of the filling placement procedure.

Overall, the experience was significantly below the quality of care I have come to expect from Medissa team. The unnecessary discomfort and lack of communication throughout the process were particularly disappointing.

Moving forward, I would like to request a thorough review of the procedures employed during this appointment, with a specific focus on patient communication and comfort. Additionally, I would appreciate a clearer explanation of the treatment plan and its potential discomfort levels before future appointments.

I believe that open communication and a commitment to patient well-being are essential for maintaining a positive relationship. I trust that you will take these concerns seriously and address them promptly.

Note: as patient aka customer, I dont need to hear your TikTok shopping and holiday plan during the procedure.

I've been afraid of the dentist ever since I was little. Toothache for months and finally I settled the issue of pulling out the back tooth. Surprisingly the procedure does not hurt. They load local anesthetics more if there is pain and I survived the extraction. Honestly, even though I shivered with fear the whole journey, but the procedure was really pain free. Thanks dr and team medissa! Sorry I chickened out the whole time and thanks for being patient and encouraging me the whole process. Hopefully I recover well!

Finally. Im crossing out my last things to achieve for 2023 which is: see a dentist to pull back teeth 🥲🫡🤒🤯🥳♥️

Layanan sangat baik from all the staffs, doctors. If ada problem, just tell them via ws and semua boleh settle. Very recommended for everyone nak pakai bracess or scalling ke. If nak consult bracess tanya pendapat dulu pun boleh, they will treat you perfectly
