Ask for Dr Adibah, good explanation given and friendly dr
Correct diagnosis was given and my toothache dissappear- i was expecting tooth extraction needed. But luckily Dr Adibah advise not for extraction and minor procedure was done. Good job !

gigi lepas scaling dan whitening, malam tu rasa ngilu sangat. Next morning kurang ngilu. But overall, in terms of the shade of the teeth and the price, it was worth it for me. I dont feel insecure anymoreee. Thankyou for the good service from the doctors. She was really soft spoken and kind. Which makes me feel better in spending money there. Keadaannya skrg okayy jee. Had a very good experience dekat medissa shah alam previously (kerja in shah alam so i pergi shah alam before) but since I live near to klang, id bring my mum untuk check gigi here last week. Front staff not friendly / appropriately dressed like the one in shah alam. Dr check gigi my mum and tampal, but her tooth still hurts? My mum also said the dr not very friendly also. Maybe because we weren’t dressing well (pakai macam nak pergi pasar je sebab dekat sangat dengan rumah) anyways.. yeah hope your branch improve

Horrible experience getting veneers here. No wonder the price is so cheap — the treatment was really bad. After the procedure, I felt like something was stuck on my gum, but I didn’t realize that the doctor had veneered the tooth in a way that caused it to stick to the neighboring tooth, making it impossible to floss. I complained, and they asked me to come back to fix it.

During the treatment to fix it, I could feel that the doctor was annoyed with me because I kept saying I couldn’t get the floss thread between the veneered teeth. While trying to fix it, the Indian female doctor pressed the tool very hard against my gums while scraping the tooth — that was really unprofessional. Even after the fix, the tooth still felt uneven. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see my teeth look like a bumpy road.

I found other people who faced the same problem with this doctor in the review section. I definitely experienced the same terrible treatment as Doris Loo. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews thoroughly before going to this clinic — but rice has already become porridge. Terrible treatment and money wasted. I strongly suggest this clinic stop offering veneer services since the quality of work is so poor.

Clinic keep calling me but I am no where interested to fix it again for the 3rd time. I have come here two times already and still have problems. My tooth is now uneven, like the number ‘3’. You asked me to come to the clinic again after the second time? Oh no — please don’t waste my time. The second time should have been enough to perfect the treatment. No wonder I felt uneasy when you didn’t use a separator to prevent the teeth from sticking together. I’ve done veneers at another dentist before, so I know what proper treatment looks like.

You should have reflected and improved after a previous patient already complained about your bad service, instead of making the same mistake with me! I will never come to this clinic ever again. This treatment don't deserve any star at all.

I went with my mother for a last minute whitening treatment. We didn’t book any appointment, but they still attended to us. The doctor explained everything about the procedure and did a great job. The price for whitening and scaling was very reasonable. I will definitely come here again.

I had visited this place on last year 2024 around July or August something.Recently discovered that I missed your clinic review it took me so long due to tied up.I just want to share my experience here what I went through.went for Whitening treatment and braces consultation on that time .The nurse was assist me during my whitening teeth procedure extremely bad was pushed the suction saliva tube harder, it's really hurtful that time not gentle at all, and not happy with their whitening treatment.Well nothing much to say about the Indian lady doctor who handle me ,she took multiple photo of my tooth angle and she said will discuss to her higher doctor and didn't get back to me about the braces till now! and also I didn't received a call or messages from this clinic and yeah I almost done my braces at different clinic with best service . I will not come back here anymore don't think I will come back here definitely not! and I won't recommend this place to anyone.The reason why I putting this review let everybody knows about this medissa dental clinic. Poor service!👎🏼

I came here to do fix my black triangle issue, the dentist recommended me to do veneers, but her technique is really bad😡at first I already told her I'm wearing retainer, but she still done my veneers too thick & I can't wear my retainer.
The most ridiculous thing is, she didn't even leave the teeth gap for me when she done my veneers. I only notice there are no teeth gap when I go home want to floss my teeth😡Isn't that the dental's responsibility to make sure between veneer should have teeth gap to floss?? So the patient can take good care of the gum health??? Although at last they ask me to go back to make my veneers thinner & had make a teeth gap for my veneers to fix the issue without any extra charges.
But today when I go to another clinic to see the other dentist C, the dentist C notice the veneers are not sharpen & polish well😡the veneers edges are too sharp and can break the floss. This dentist C is very kind to help me to fix the problem, He says it's very important to make sure patient is still able to floss teeth properly after doing veneers, in order to prevent gum health & cavity issues.
