Getting root canal here. Everything is briefed in detail including expectations during the process. Dr is super nice and the staffs are very warm, and very friendly. Oh yes, multiple payment methods, including Atome too, so ppl can pay in chunks instead of in one go!!

Saya datang untuk buat Teeth Whitening. Buat appointment through Whatapps. Sampai je klinik tak perlu tunggu lama, less than 15 minutes then staff panggil masuk. First, buat scaling dan polishing. Everything is so smooth and the doctor gave a very clear explanation about the what to do and don’t untuk whitening. After scaling, rasa gigi bersih sangat😆 lurve! Dental assistant pun very nice, not to say even recipient staff also very friendly, polite and welcoming! After scaling and polishing, proceed untuk whitening! Very comfortable even ada 3 sessions kena tunggu heheh boleh main phone and dental assistant akan check every a while to look for our condition. Overall, if I have any dental problems, surely I will repeat Medissa Dental Clinic! Satisfying 💯💯💯

Other services might be 5 stars, but not the denture one. I came twice to adjust the dentures, but they’re still uncomfortable & painfull. The doctor just said, ‘It’s normal to feel uncomfortable at first,’ but what am I supposed to do when my tongue is already sore and bleeding? Then the doctor said, ‘Maybe we need to redo it, but you’ll have to pay again/extra charges.’ I was like… seriously? Hmmm. I was a bit confused and disappointed. Hopefully, they can improve this part of their service in the future.”

Excellent service by dentist Dr Hafiey. He explained everything about my oral condition and suggest what is the best solution of the problem. The assistant really help me to overcome my nervous during the session. Scalling is not hurt than what i expected. Definitely will come again !

1. The doctor is on-time and her staff are very reliable as they will explain/recommend in detail on the medication.
2. All of the staff are very friendly and nice

Had best experience so far at this clinic! I got Dr Chung for my scaling appointment and she is the best👍 Very very gentle during the treatment and she is very kind😁 The staffs also very friendly and welcoming. 100% would recommend this clinic for your dental hygiene👍👍

I was fortunate enough to have Doctor Chung as my dentist. The scaling and filling of my 3 teeth went smooth as butter and done within 40 mins. Despite it was around lunch hour but she took her case professionally and explained everything to me beforehand.

the environment is nice. all staffs are very friendly and welcoming. love the background music while waiting for my turn. also got free coffee while waiting. would recommend to my collegues and relatives to come here 👍🏻
overall, it was good. The clinic environment was nice + with a soft music background just like at the hotel lobby😅 As for the consultation process, The procedure was smooth and fast. The staff and doctor were so nice and friendly. They explained everything very well. As for the waiting time, i had to wait for abt 1 hr before consultation but itsokay, since there were many patients waiting at that moment.

The doctor is very good! I’m highly recommend Dr Muiz because he exactly know what I want. I have a yellowish teeth color (genetic) and he did very well by selecting the right tone for my teeth. Looks so natural. Doesn’t looks like I’m doing my veneer treatment! Amazing job!Love it so much!
