My experience at Medissa Puchong was wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I loved the calm and clean environment. The staff provided excellent service, and the dentists took the time to explain every step of my treatment thoroughly. Dr. Aqma and clinic assistant are very friendly. Nice and cozy ambience. The treatment does not hurt immediately. Doc is very gentle and answers all questions. The best and no other clinic (as far as those who have gone) is the television on the ceiling in the treatment room. Let's look at the story to know that the treatment is over. Reasonable price. Alhamdulillah, I got my first braces at Medissa Puchong. The doctor and assistant are friendlyy too. The doctor did the procedure, and it wasn’t very painful just a bit uncomfortable. Everything is good and fine. Wish you all the best in the future!

Alhamdulillah for today's appointment went smoothly, the intention was to scall. can offer whitening + free scalping rm700 for 2 pax. consider it cheap, because if you follow the scalping only RM89 and above, whitening RM399 (this is also an offer) for individuals. but this time 2 pax is only rm700 so bring my husband once, how much can you save? Sustenance offers don't always come 🤭. It's normal to feel a little bit of pain, after that I'm amazed by my own teeth, after settling I raced to show my teeth with my husband hahaha, it's the 3rd time I've gone to Medissa dental, first because the female doc, second because the new place is so beautiful and comfortable, the clinic deco hehe, yes surau know. It smells like a spa 🥰😍. the staff is also friendly, sis likes to ask for the price rate, just ask what the answer will be, InshaAllah, so we can standby how much money. There is a special parking lot to make it easier for customers who have booked an appointment, because the area can be hard to park. anyway, good job doc n staff, I hope you will be successful in the future, all the affairs of the world and the afterlife will be made easier. amen Allahumma amen

I had a pleasant experience at the clinic—the atmosphere is welcoming, and the doctors are friendly. I went in for a scaling and had two fillings done. Everything seemed perfect at first, but after 20 days, I noticed that both fillings had fallen out! I wasn't even aware of when they started to come loose, only realizing it much later. When I inquired about getting them fixed, I was told I'd have to pay again. I paid around 270 bucks for 2 fillings only for it to last less than a month. So, if you're considering getting fillings here, you might want to think twice—they might not last very long, not even a month! 🤣

The clinic is clean and the waiting time is quick, the braces were fitted on 28/05 and were explained by the dr so that it is easy to understand the wearing process and assisted by 2 very customer-friendly staff. after wearing the braces someone asked a question via whatsapp and was answered with a clear explanation..recommended 👍🏼

My wife went there recently. Twice. 1st visit not so good as the lady doctor is not friendly. But my wife positively thinking that the doctor might be busy or maybe she's a bit sensitive. But for the 2nd visit, the doctor do the treatment too quick like she's in the middle of something. When my wife's treatment is done, the doctor quickly leave her to get her phone and left just like that. She also didn't ask my wife to give any review form like the 1st visit. Not asking if my wife is ok or not, how the treatment goes, nothing. She just stand up, and left with her phone, in my wife's twice visit.

Super cosy waiting area, both me and my husband feels like home watching Netflix. Got Coway water dispenser provided, got surau as well but we both didn’t check it out because our appointment is at 9am. Toilet is clean. The location is strategic, near LRT Puchong Perdana and restaurant. Overall we are satisfied with the service given.
